Use some garden fresh basil and cherry for this twist on an Ensalada Caprese.
What you’ll need:
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can black olives, drained and halved
- 4 oz Apollo’s Gift, cubed
- fresh basil, to taste
- olive oil, to taste
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Simply toss everything together and enjoy!
